Bombo SS Strikes To Be Probed

By Frederick KiwanukaTHE education ministry has instituted a 10-man team to probe the causes of strikes at Bombo Secondary School.The school closed last month for two weeks following a series of strikes in which the students pelted stones at the headmaster’s car and threatened to destroy school property.Seven students were arrested after the Police intervened. The probe committee is headed by Simon Kiryowa, the chairman of the Luweero district education committee.Ends
