LUWEERO – District Khadi Sheikh Abdulhair Mukiibi has criticised district council chairman Hajji Abdul Nadduli for not appointing Muslims to big posts. Mukiibi said at a weekend graduation party that Nadduli as a Muslim had violated the Koran teachings by failing to use his position to elevate Muslims. “Allah says when a Muslim holds a big post, he should assist fellow Muslims. But Nadduli has not done so,” he said. Ends
