SIR—The daily radio announcements about cars stolen at gun-point are really worrying. I recall in 1986 when the movement government came to power, car thefts had tremendously reduced and even some stolen cars were recovered and parked at Kololo airstrip for their owners to go and claim them. I wonder where the army men who used to do that excellent work have gone. Some people say that cars are stolen these days and hidden in containers for sometime. is this really true? I request the authorities concerned to be more vigilant. Jonathan KibalamaKampala
