Sir —We request the commissioner for education (technical) education to come to our rescue. We at Minakulu Technical Institute are forced to pay sh10,000 for UNEB certificates! Why? Local academic transcripts also cost us sh10,000 as if we have not been cost-sharing. Worst of all, one can visit the college for three consecutive days without finding the relevant officers there.
