Lt Don Mugimba, 1970-74, on being appointed the director of the analysis department in the Internal Security Organisation. Dr Oloka-Onyango 1973-78 on successfully completing four years as dean of the law faculty, at Makerere University. Prof David Bakibinga, 1967-71, appointed dean of the Law Faculty Makerere University. Francis Kazinduki, 1970-74, appointed technical manager of MTN. James Makumbi, 1958-61, appointed chief of medical services of the UPDF. Prof Lutalo Bbosa, 1959-60, appointed the UNEB chairman. Mr Ssebuwufu, 1965-68, appointed chairman of the Insurance Commission. Prof Frederick Kayanja, 1946-56, on being appointed chairman of the National Council of Higher Education. Prof Ssenteza-Kajubi, 1943-46, on completing 50 years of happy marriage and raising three pairs of twins of all possible combinations in the process. Mr Waggumbulizi-Kiggundu, 1936-37, on successfully completing 60 years in happy marriage. Mr Godfrey Binaisa QC, 1927-36, on volunteering to teach English at Blessed Primary School, Mutundwe. Rev Polycarp Kakooza, 1929-31, on being awarded an Olympic medal and clocking 90 years of life serving others. Please keep the red-lioned flag flying at full-mast.
