ARUA — Badru Osuman Asega, the incumbent municipality LC4 councillor representing male people with disabilities (PWDs) has retained his seat. Alfonce Buziru won the female LC4 councillorship. Sarah Amony retained her youth seat. She polled 146 votes while her rival, Zakia Ramadhan, polled 45 votes.Ends
