‘City Link’ man!

SIR— Joy Kaberuka and Kasekende Mukasa’s concern about the ‘City Link’ is all ours. A month a go, “Mr Unfortunate” was lying on the roadside in a corner near Shell, Ntinda. I called the Police to remove him. Fortunately, he was in deep sleep. I was worried that he had actually died. I imagined a speeding vehicle going over him. Thank God that with Katumba Wamala in the lead, the Police can now move at a mere phone call.Could the director of Butabika Hospital handle this? Mabel KomundaKampala
