By Roger MugishaNakawa was this week graced with drama when a popular Kibanda (local video hall) was attacked by a swarm of bees while the World Cup was being screened. At around noon, a swarm of bees infiltrated the building through the rear. Several people who were focusing intently on the screen did not notice that there were bees in the building until one of them was stung.By the time the rest took him seriously, the bees were already causing havoc. There was a stampede as people rushed for the exit, and many were hurt in the process. The bees proceeded to the nearby Miracle Church, bringing the prayers to a stop as the congregation scampered for safety.Since the match had only gone on for 25 minutes, the customers demanded for a refund, but the hall-owner declined. The football fanatics, who wanted to watch the match elsewhere, threatened to vandalise the place and were repaid.
