SIR— I was disappointed that Mr Norbert Mao, the MP Gulu Municipality, on June 29 dodged a meeting of the Acholi community in London in order to meet with ex-convict Onen Balgara (a.k.a. Onen Ojwang).
SIR— I was disappointed that Mr Norbert Mao, the MP Gulu Municipality, on June 29 dodged a meeting of the Acholi community in London in order to meet with ex-convict Onen Balgara (a.k.a. Onen Ojwang). Balgara is also reported to be the second-in-command to Joseph Kony, the LRA leader.
