TV’s Kobia getting hitched

Television personality Alex Kobia, formerly of Sanyu TV, then of TV Africa in Kampala, and now based in Nairobi, is tying the knot with long-time fiancée Carol Mugiri. The two, who are both from the central Kenya plateau of Meru, will be wedded on August 3rd at the Don Bosco church in Nairobi’s Upper Hill district. There will be a reception later on at the Karen Blixen Museum in Karen. Apparently, quiet a sizeable number of Alex’s Uganda friends are planning to go and see their friend off.
