LIRA — A bicycle thief was on Sunday beaten up by christians outside the Cathedral Church. The owner of the bicycle caught the thief as he cycled it away. He started beating the thief, prompting other people to join. He was dragged to the roadside as others shouted, “ take him to the police”. He, however ran away. Ends
