By Wokorach-Oboi CAPTAIN Okot Lapolo, the Kitgum Resident District Commissioner, has instructed the office of the district Internal Security Officer (DISO) to investigate allegations that the gun which was grabbed from a “thug” by a 60-year-old man belongs to a UPDF soldier.A source in the DISO’s office told the New Vision recently that Lapolo issued the instruction following allegations that the gun was traced through its serial number to a UPDF soldier in Gangdyang barracks near Kitgum town.mzee Walter Lakana Amone of Westland Ward, on July 1 stunned residents when he disarmed a gunman dressed in military uniform.
