KAMPALA — President Yoweri Museveni has appointed two Senior Principal Sate Attorneys, Simon Byabakama Mugenyi and Moses Ngolobe as deputies to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Richard Butera. He has also named three Principal State Attorneys as assistant deputies. They are Daniel Lwanga, Michael Wamasebu and Elem Ogwal.Ends
