Arua slams LRA

By Dawin DawaARUA district authorities have condemned the repeated Kony rebel attacks on civilian travellers from the West Nile region and warned that such aggression will not be tolerated.The Arua district security committee convened an emergency meeting on Tuesday to discuss the latest Kony attack on an Arua bus.After the meeting, the deputy resident district commissioner, Haruna Sebi, the district chairman, Richard Andama Ferua, and the district secretary for security, George Amba, were hosted on a local FM radio station, from where they reassured the residents. They said the Moyo, Adjumani, Yumbe, Arua and Nebbi regional meeting would be called to adopt a common strategy and present a common voice to the Government.
