KAMPALA — Bankruptcy proceedings have been instituted against former Danze Enterprises general manager John Ndyabagye for failure to pay sh2,990,000 to Crane Bank. Ndyabagye, a former National Insurance Corporation chairman, accumulated the money after losing three applications in court to save Plot 94 on High Street Mbarara, which he had mortgaged to the bank in 1998 for a sh60m loan.Ends
