KAMPALA — Security agencies have arrested two suspected gunmen, one of them a brother to former President Godfrey Lukongwa Binaisa, near the home of the Operation Wembley commander, Col. Elly Kayanja. Ronald Ssengendo, Binaisa’s young brother, and another were arrested from Mutundwe, a city suburb, last week. They were found with a gun and 30 bullets. Ends
