KAMPALA — An NGO working for the rights of children in Uganda has offered to build children reception centres for the police.
KAMPALA — An NGO working for the rights of children in Uganda has offered to build children reception centres for the police. The centres will be built by Save the Children Fund UK in Gulu, Masaka, Hoima and Kampala districts.
