By Albert Ayiga Ondoga VICE-PRESIDENT Speciosa Kazibwe has said Brigadier Wilson Toko introduced mature politics in Arua during the presidential elections. Kazibwe represented President Yoweri Museveni at the burial of Brig. Toko at the weekend. She was speaking at St Emmanuel Cathedral, Mvara in Arua town on Saturday. “It’s right for Ugandans to mourn Toko because he was one person who introduced better politics in Arua during presidential elections aimed at maintaining peace in West Nile region,” Kazibwe stated. She said Toko and Bishop Frederick Drandua of Arua Catholic diocese worked tirelessly to bring peace to West Nile. The burial was attended by thousands of people who included delegations from Sudan and DR Congo. “As leaders, you should not lead from behind but from in front like Toko who convinced the people of West Nile not to fight the NRM government. Toko has done a good job to his country. He is a yardstick and people should emulate him,” Kazibwe said. Ends
