Thugs broke into shops and took all merchandise, leaving no trace, even for Police sniffer dogs to follow up.Residents told The New Vision that the Police had been tipped that a notorious armed thug, identified only as Kadimba, was responsible for the attacks.“I have to be home before sunset. These fellows are threatening to rob us. We have cause to fear, they are said to be holding three guns,” a shopkeeper said. Ends
