KAMPALA — Major Stephen Bwambale, who was killed in an ambush by Joseph Kony’s rebels in Kitgum, was a member of the General Court Martial which is to try suspects arrested under Operation Wembley. Bwambale was among the 12 officers appointed by President Yoweri Museveni on June 19.
