NAKAWA — Court last week dismissed charges of kidnapping two policewomen against a UPDF soldier. Moses Mujuzi, 29, was exonerated by the Chief Magistrate, Margaret Mafabi, after prosecution failed to present him in court. Mujuzi jumped bail in mid-May. The State had alleged that on December 3, Mujuzi kidnapped Jacqueline Kisembo and Alice Pepun. Ends
