ENTEBBE — Uganda’s military attache’ to Tanzania, Brig. Stephen Kashaka, is to appear in court today to face charges of assaulting Ngora County MP Francis Epetait.
ENTEBBE — Uganda’s military attache’ to Tanzania, Brig. Stephen Kashaka, is to appear in court today to face charges of assaulting Ngora County MP Francis Epetait. Kashaka, 47, is a former UPDF chief of personnel and administration.
