MASAKA — The Grade One magistrate, Daniel Lukonge, on Wednesday issued a warrant of arrest for Lt. Col. Sharif Gwava for failure to appear in court over charges of assaulting a veterinary doctor. The warrant would be given to Police chief Maj. Gen. Katumba Wamala to effect the arrest. Ends
