KABALE — The district council has distributed 77 heifers to individuals to set up zero grazing projects and fight poverty. The district director of production and marketing, Sunday Mutabazi, said the cows would yield milk for sale and for home consumption. He said the heifers were a revolving scheme where beneficiaries were required to pass on the first heifer produced to other prospective farmers verified by the district. Ends
