GULU— David Pulkol, the director-general of the External Security Organisation, has urged Ugandans to support the Government and the UPDF for a speedy to the LRA rebellion in the north.

GULU— David Pulkol, the director-general of the External Security Organisation, has urged Ugandans to support the Government and the UPDF for a speedy to the LRA rebellion in the north. Pulkol was on Monday addressing journalists at the UPDF 4th Division barracks. Pulkol had accompanied President Yoweri Museveni to talk to the captured LRA fighters at the barracks.
