SIR—One of the worst organisations in the area of customer service is the Company Registry at Crane Chambers.

They have no receptionist and none of the staff will think about manning the reception even when there are
20 people waiting for service!

Then their boss, the one who stamps important documents is one of the rudest people I have ever met. And he gets paid for it!

The Ministry of Public Service should haul the staff in that office back to the lecture room for customer service lessons. As taxpayers,
employers, investors and the public should be treated as allies rather than inconveniences. Please, please get a receptionist for Company Registry.
