A Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) scout who was deployed to monitor Primary Leaving Examinations at Kyengando II centre in Ibanda sub-district had his document bag stolen as he returned from duty on Thursday evening.
Ezekiel Turyamureeba, 59, said his bag which contained his observations on how exams were conducted was picked from a taxi which he was traveling in. Ends
