Shoprite Checkers general manager, Jack Akers has won two return air tickets to London in the one month Kenya Airways and Sanyu FM Premier World promotion, courtesy of a vote from his workmates.
Kenya Airways Country manager, Apolinary Kisimbo handed the air ticket to Akers on Thursday at the Shoprite Checkers regional office on Ben Kiwanuka Street in Kampala.
The Kenya Airways country sales manager Emmanuel Okware said, “Together with Sanyu FM, we are promoting our new product, Premier World. These are comfortable, convenient and excellent services that we offer for business class fares on our long haul destinations.”
In the promotion, workers of corporate organisations would call Sanyu FM to give reasons why their bosses should be out of town on Kenya Airways with Premier World.
“There was such a massive response, which necessitated a draw to be conducted. Out of this, one winner was drawn and that was Jack Akers,” he said.
He added that Kenya Airways will also be in position to host 10 staff members of Shoprite to a party while Akers will be away.
Kisimbo said Kenya Airways plans to many other things to their loyal customers, adding that what they want is, “The customers to come and tell us if there is anything wrong and if they enjoy they should spread the gospel of good services.”
He added, “We believe this is going to be a long relationship with Shoprite. The whole idea is to interact with our customers,” he said. Ends
