Terrorism has pushed its frontiers; it could happen anywhere, anytime. No more barriers or battle lines.

The civilised world is fighting terror, and the terrorists are fighting the world. We should not sit back and say Uganda has nothing to do with terror.

Let’s take appropriate measures, like USA, UK or any other country is doing. We are as vulnerable as USA, Israel or Britain. It is crunch time for ISO and ESO.
