SIR— The residents of Mpererwe township are suffering with loud disco music which goes on up to the wee hours of the morning from Monday to Sunday. This has led to the increase of idle youths who spend time boozing, taking drugs, watching pornographic movies and prostitution. Attempts to get help through LCs have failed.
We appeal to the Mayor, Mr Ssebaana Kizito, to stop these bars from operating discos which keep the residents awake all night throughout the week.
