A FOUR-year-old defilement victim recently stunned court when she stood up high on the table in a crowded court and identified the man who allegedly defiled her.
The composed girl (names withheld) was carried onto the judge’s table and asked to identify the person who defiled her.
She looked through the audience and pointed at Godfrey Mbalusha, the suspect who was in the dock.
Justice Moses Mukiibi was the presiding judge.
Prosecution alleged that Mbalusha, on June 23, 2001, at Mawale village in Luweero district defiled the then three-year-old girl. Ends
