Probe salaries

SIR— I am disappointed with the way the Ministry of Public Service handles salaries and salary arrears. In fact, this is one area where they just muddle along. For instance, some civil servants are paid salary arrears twice while some who merit the arrears are never paid at all. Others earn fat salaries they don’t deserve while some long-serving officers struggle to have their salaries updated to no avail.

Let those in charge investigate. They will get the facts.
