Well done KCC!

SIR—I am very happy that Kampala City Council (KCC) has finally seen the light. Now, people who can no longer bear the nightmare of Kampala’s roads and can afford it, can do something about it. I promise you, the difference between private work and that contracted by KCC will be obvious.
