PALIISA — A Priest of Budaka county recently refused to preside over the burial of Moses Kabapi of Butebbo, saying the deceased had not cleared the church building fund. Dan Mugoda of Kodiri church of Uganda said it was an offence for people not to clear their debts. A church elder, Dauson Muyaga, knelt down in tears and pleaded with Mugoda to pray for the deceased.Ends
