MASAKA — The state minister for environment, Dr. Kezimbira Miyingo, has said the Ordinary Level certificate of Henry Ssewanyana, the runner up in Bukoto mid-west constituency parliamentary elections, were confirmed to be forged. Ssewanyana filed a petition seeking the nullification of the area parliamentary election results which Miyingo won. Ssewanyana said the elections were marred by malpractices.Ends
