Busia – The district returning officer, Mr Collins Dombo, has urged LC5 candidates and councillors to desist from inciting their supporters to violence.
Busia – The district returning officer, Mr Collins Dombo, has urged LC5 candidates and councillors to desist from inciting their supporters to violence. Dombo was addressing the candidates at the town council hall on Monday. He advised them to observe the election laws by avoiding campaigning individually and to guard against using defamatory language and using political colours or symbols.
