SIR—I am doing research with Makerere University andI have fallen in love with the great beauty of Uganda. I have also fallen in love with the greatmeal katogo of matooke.

My favourite spot is RomaloRestaurant in Wandegeya. However, I have to complainabout the indisciplined cashier. This 'Lord' has no manners at all! He is always glued to his phone while serving customers, no smile and his legsare always up on the table. Mister, dont make me lose my katogo appetite!
