JINJA — The LC5 candidate, Lt. Hannington Basakana, has denied press reports that he would abolish the Kyabazinga institution because it was a liability to the taxpayers.
JINJA — The LC5 candidate, Lt. Hannington Basakana, has denied press reports that he would abolish the Kyabazinga institution because it was a liability to the taxpayers. He said the Busoga kingdom was poor because the people were poor. He said if elected district chairman, he would improve the income of the people who would in turn uplift the Kyabazingaship.Ends
