By William Muwonge SEVEN players from Nairobi will add colour to the three-day Makerere Open starting today. This is the first time in over 20 years that a team from Nairobi has entered the Uganda Table Tennis Association (UTTA) season opener. Action is at Makerere Main Hall. The Nairobi players will join Kenyan students at Makerere University and Islamic University in Uganda also set for the event. UTTA technical advisor Paul Mutambuze said the Nairobi party, travelling by road, was due in Kampala last night. Mutambuze, also the champion, is one of over 100 players rearing to display their skills. The ladies singles title is up for grabs as last year’s winner Mildred Senyondo is abroad. ends
