PREMIER Apollo Nsibambi has condemned Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) saying the Government was committed to the effective protection of children.

By Edith KimuliPREMIER Apollo Nsibambi has condemned Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) saying the Government was committed to the effective protection of children.He was opening a three-day national conference on CSA at Kampala International University.The opening ceremony took place in Kololo on Tuesday at the residence of Sue Beaumont, the director of the British Council.Nsibambi urged parents to talk to their children about the problem. “I have started consulting my eight-months-old granddaughter,” he said.He said he would use “maximum force” to protect children but force was not the answer to the problem.Ends
