By Godfrey Kagoda BUWENGE residents have asked the internal affairs ministry to investigate a private security firm whose guards they allege conspire with criminals to terrorise them.The residents said the increasing number of night robberies by gun-wielding thugs could be because the night watchmen lend out guns or participate in the robberies.In a security meeting last week, the chairman LC3 Buwenge, Mr Hassan Isabirye, said he had already forwarded the issue to the Resident District Commissioner and promised that the matter is being handled. The officer in charge of Buwenge Police, Wycliffe Wafula, said due the numerous complaints received, his men had been put on full alert and investigations were going on.Ends
