Century Bottling Company Limited is a major Franchise bottler and distributor of Coca Cola and Sparletta products in UgandaThe Company has one vacant position of a Foreman: Production in the Production Department Kampala.The successful applicant will:- Report to the Production Manager- Supervise and motivate subordinates- Maintain a harmonious working environment and co-ordination of all Production activities.- Be part of Quality Assurance enhancement activities, namely: Cleaning and Sanitation of the Line, GMP, etc- Ensure adequate production to meet demand- Achieve Production efficiencies in line with Company Standards.- Achieve raw material yields particularly on Crowns and/or Closures and CO2- Effect house keeping and qualitative hygienic standards in the production area as per the CCQS standards.- Effective time utilisation to positively impact on Labour Productivity- Ensure that the line starts on time and with minimal rejects, run efficiently, and close down with minimal rejects while optimising on output.- Any other duties assigned.Qualifications:Must have a Degree/Diploma in Food Science and Technology; Biology; Chem; Mechanical/Production Engineering or its equivalent from a recognised institution.- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Production Management or a related field.- Self-motivated and ethusiastic- Must be knowledgeable, accountable with excellent leadership skills.- The position also requires a dynamic, self-driven and result-oriented personality and ready to work under minimum supervision.Interested persons should forward a comprehensive CV through to the Senior Personnel Officer, Century Bottling Company Limited, P.O.
