Msuguri, the overall commander of the Tanzanian People Defence Forces (TPDF), led a team of his compatriots to meet Museveni at the Nakasero State House on Saturday night. Amin, now living in exile in Saudi Arabia, sent his army to attack Tanzania provoking retaliation that led to his overthrow.Msuguri and his colleagues came to Uganda to commemorate the 23rd anniversary of the ouster of Amin on April 11, 1979.
