Moyo district chairman, Peter Dollo Iku, has appealed to the government to provide the Madi sub-region with a grant.

Moses Ali, to address poverty in relation to cotton marketing in Moyo and Adjumani districts. This was during a dinner organised by Adjumani and Moyo head teachers association at Pole Guest House on Saturday, where Moses Ali was the chief guest.Iku urged MPs from Madi to appeal to the World Food programme for food aid in schools and government hospitals.The Adjumani LC5 chairman, Nixon Owole, said the cooperation between Adjumani and Moyo was an institutional arrangement.He commended secondary school head teachers for the improved performance in both O and A’ level examinations. He emphasised the importance of discipline among the teachers and students. He urged them to work with education officers.Ends
