Mbarara coaches worst noise polluters!

SIR— The drivers of the tall and big coaches to hoot extremely loudly for even five minutes continuously as they enter the heart of Mbarara town or heading out to Kampala. A hoot of any of these buses blasts almost like a bomb explosion! On Tuesday this week, a fat lady known to be a patient of high-blood pressure fainted and fell down in front of CERUDEB Bank in Mbarara, immediatelyafter a coach suddenly hooted for three strange consecutive times! Fortunately for her, she was fanned by good Samaritans before she re-gained her consciousness. As this accident was taking place, a Corolla car knocked a packed pick-up truck (on roadside near the very CERUDEB Bank) as its driver was trying to dodge the same horrifying coach!
