Mbale LCs Reject Executive

By Arthur Wamangaand Nasur WambeddeDISTRICT Councillors in Mbale recently rejected members who were proposed by LC5 chairman Bernard Mujasi to form the district executive.The list of six was rejected with the exception of Masokoyi Wasswa, who was approved as vice-chairperson.The councillors accused the chairman of selecting Masika Watenyeri as a secretary for finance yet he is the area councillor for Busiu sub-county where the chairman comes from.Meanwhile, Ferdinand Natsomi was elected speaker.
