Kololo Student Killed

THE latest victim of criminal gangs in Kampala City is a 17-year-old student of Kololo Secondary School, who was found dead at Lugogo KCC grounds on Tuesday.Geoffrey Kamali writes that Richard Amoko’s mutilated body was found in a stream by a porter.Police said the murder showed a change of tactics by the gangs, which have been using guns to kill their victims. His death brings the number of reported killings to 20 in the last two months. Ends
