THE Vice President, Dr Specioza Kazibwe (pictured), has paid tribute to the late former vice-chancellor of Busoga University, Prof. Joseph Ngobi Igaga, saying Uganda had lost an irreplaceable scholar.

THE Vice President, Dr Specioza Kazibwe (pictured), has paid tribute to the late former vice-chancellor of Busoga University, Prof. Joseph Ngobi Igaga, saying Uganda had lost an irreplaceable scholar.She said Ngobi was a professional who volunteered to establish Busoga University. The tribute was read by state minister Daudi Migereko during a requiem mass on Saturday. Ends
