MBARARA — The Mbarara University of Science and Technology needs sh300m to construct a fly-over infront of its main gate, the vice-chancellor has said. Frederick Kayanja was reacting to the lecturers’ complaints that they delay to reach in the lecture rooms was due to the heavy traffic near the gate.
