SOROTI — Ten drivers have been charged at the chief magistrate’s court for alleged traffic neglect and causing loss of life.
SOROTI — Ten drivers have been charged at the chief magistrate’s court for alleged traffic neglect and causing loss of life. The District Police Commander, Patrick Awai, said the Police would start an operation to arrest drivers who overload vehicles including lorries that carry people and animals.
